What is Title 24, and why do I need it?
Title 24 is California’s building energy standard. It ensures homes and ADUs meet requirements for insulation, windows, HVAC, lighting, and water heating. Without it, your project can’t be permitted. We provide all required Title 24 energy calculations.
How long does permit approval take?
In Sacramento, simple permits may take 4–6 weeks, while larger projects or East Bay approvals can run 3–6 months depending on complexity. We manage timelines closely and respond quickly to plan check comments to keep things moving.
