Permits & Compliance

Do you handle permits for me?

Yes. We manage the entire permit process, including submissions, plan check responses, and final approvals, so you don’t have to navigate city paperwork yourself.

Title 24 is California’s building energy standard. It ensures homes and ADUs meet requirements for insulation, windows, HVAC, lighting, and water heating. Without it, your project can’t be permitted. We provide all required Title 24 energy calculations.

In Sacramento, simple permits may take 4–6 weeks, while larger projects or East Bay approvals can run 3–6 months depending on complexity. We manage timelines closely and respond quickly to plan check comments to keep things moving.

Construction

Do you build ADUs?
